Fix It & Program Manager
"Systems. Technology. Leadership. Real-World Execution."
I'm Cory Lintz, a U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience managing complex technical programs, training systems, and mission-critical operations. My career has focused on bridging technology, people, and processes to deliver reliable results in high-stakes environments.
Throughout my service, I have led teams responsible for training and operational readiness across large, multi-organization programs supporting intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and national command systems.
My background combines technical systems expertise, operational leadership, and program management. I've worked with complex systems spanning networking, RF distribution, aviation platforms, and enterprise command-and-control infrastructure.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from American Military University (4.0 GPA) and multiple technical and acquisition certifications, and I am currently pursuing PMP certification.
As I transition from military service, my focus is on applying my experience in technology operations, project management, and organizational leadership to help organizations improve systems, streamline operations, and build high-performing teams.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about continuous learning, emerging technology, and mentoring others as they grow in their careers.
